You need to prepare business owner / director’s ID card, tax ID card (NPWP), online store URL (e.g website, social media).

For business entity / sole proprietorship, and foundation, you will need Business Identification Number (NIB), Deed of Establishment (Akta Pendirian Perusahaan atau Perseroan Perorangan), All Deed of Change documents, Ministerial Ratification, Foundation License (TDY) (for foundations) and other business-specific license.
